I attended Vassar College before earning my Masters of Social Work at Fordham. I followed this by completing the Four-Year Psychoanalytic Program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and the Eating Disorders, Compulsions and Addictions (EDCAS) training at the William Alanson White Institute.

I blend Buddhist mindfulness with psychoanalytic depth, helping you observe unconscious patterns with compassion while exploring how past experiences shape present struggles.

I grew up in New York City, but for the last few years have made the Hudson Valley my home.
